LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Saturday introduced the schedule for South Africa’s all-format tour to Pakistan, set to start from October 12.

The sequence will kick off Pakistan’s new cycle of the ICC World Check Championship 2025-27, starting on October 12, when the 2023-25 ICC World Check Champions, South Africa, tour the nation for a two-match Check sequence.

The primary Check match will probably be performed at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium from October 12 to 16. The second Check will happen on the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium from October 20 to 24.

This tour will probably be South Africa’s first Check sequence in Pakistan since January 2021, once they had been defeated 2-0 by the hosts.

The primary T20I will probably be held in Rawalpindi, whereas the second and third matches will probably be performed at Gaddafi Stadium.

The tour will conclude with a three-match ODI sequence from November 4 to eight, all to be hosted at Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad.

This will probably be a landmark event as Faisalabad welcomes again worldwide cricket for the primary time since April 11, 2008, when Pakistan defeated Bangladesh by seven wickets in an ODI on the identical venue.

PCB chief working officer Syed Sumair Ahmed expressed his pleasure about internet hosting the sequence, significantly the return of ODIs to Faisalabad.
